Roofing is height work. If a contractor without proper cover has an accident on your property — or their work later causes damage — the liability can land on you as the homeowner or business owner. Employers Liability protects the crew on your roof, Public Liability protects you and your property while we work, and Products Liability covers the materials and workmanship after we leave.
Before hiring any roofer, ask to see their insurance schedule — not just a claim of being "fully insured". A genuine contractor will hand it over without hesitation. Ours is right here on this page.
If you'd like to verify our cover directly, or need us listed on additional documentation for a commercial project, contact us at [email protected] or call 021 2040925.
